Application Process For An Upper Level
Post-Graduate Position (PGY-II, III, IV, V)

If you are interested and/or have been asked to apply for an upper level Post-Graduate position (PGY-II, III, IV, V) please submit the following materials:

(Prior to submitting any materials you are to contact the residency coordinator via e-mail at [javascript protected email address] or by calling the residency division at (714) 456-5512 by, February 15th to ask if any positions are available. At that time you will be notified of any possible and/or current openings.

NO APPLICATION MATERIALS WILL BE ACCEPTED and/or MAINTAINED IF YOU DO NOT INCLUDE THE DEPARTMENTAL PAPER APPLICATION THAT WILL BE MAILED TO YOU DIRECTLY UPON YOUR INITIAL PHONE INQUIRY.)

  • A letter from your current Program Director stating your current standing
  • Copy of USMLE Score Step III
  • Copy of Orthopaedic In-Training Exam (OITE)
  • Copy of California Medical Licensure (if pending, please send as soon as possible)
  • Copy of Medical School Diploma with official school seal/stamp (must be sent directly from medical school all other copies are NOT acceptable)
  • Copy of current training certificate(s) (BLS, CPR, ACLS)
  • Copy of DEA certificate (if applicable)
